O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner gave a hand loan to one Chandra to the tune of Rs.62,000/-. Subsequently, the husband of the petitioner died on 11.01.2016. When the petitioner demanded the money given to one Chandra, Chandra and her son threatened the petitioner. Hence the petitioner made a complaint before the respondents on 11.12.2017. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

same in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
