2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no objection to relax the condition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required.
