ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.02.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petition, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 18.02.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
