ORDER

The order of the Tahsildar, Madurai North Taluk, dated 28.02.2022 has been furnished in which the request of the petitioner for grant of patta has been rejected, since the property in question is a poramboke land. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
