O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to organize the temple festival programs on 25.05.2018 to 26.05.2018 at Arulmighu Shri Subbani Madasamyu, Shri Sudalimadan Temple festival based on the representation dated 27.03.208 with light and sound. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on 27.03.2018 to grant permission to the petitioner to organize the temple festival programs on 25.05.2018 to 26.05.2018 at Arulmighu Shri Subbani Madasamyu, Shri Sudalimadan Temple festival. The said representation was received on 28.03.2018, but, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is pending and the same may be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

Consdiering the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2018 on merits and in accordance with law. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall produce the copy of the representation dated 27.03.2018 before the second respondent along with the copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
