2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 158 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 27.02.2020. There is no change in circumstances. The only course open to the petitioner is to surrender and aply for regular bail.
