This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.03.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.340 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
