O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2020 and to file Charge Sheet.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the complainant himself has given a statement that now the issue has been resolved among themselves and therefor, he is not interested in prosecuting the complaint. By referring to the statement, the respondent police are also intending to close the complaint.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
