O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019.

2. With regard to the limited scope of prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions raised in his representation dated 09.05.2019 is inclined to pass the following direction:- "the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the President of the Society, within a period of one(01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Since the President of the Society has issued notice to convene the General Body Meeting on 25.05.2019, any transaction made in the General Body Meeting will be subject to the outcome of the order that may be passed by the first respondent.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.9205 of 2019 is closed.
