ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings initiated in M.C.No.3 of 2013 dated 09.01.2014 under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., by the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the proceedings had been initiated in the year 2014. Now, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, since the entire proceedings had been over and closed. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
