ORDER

The appellant is the owner of the vehicle, which involved in Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police. The offending vehicle was seized and returned to the appellant. While so the investigating agency has filed an application in CrMP.No.445 of 2023 in crime No.1 of 2020 for production of the said vehicle for assessing its value. The trial Court allowed the said application by order dated 06.11.2023 directing the appellant

to produce the vehicle and by permitting the investigating agency to issue notice to the appellant for production of the vehicle. Challenging the said order this appeal is filed. 2.When this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side submits that pending this appeal, the appellant has produced the vehicle, obtained the valuation certificate and the vehicle was returned to the appellant. Therefore nothing survives in this appeal for further adjudication.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal appeal is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
