O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, to conclude the private complaint in C.C.No.97 of 2016 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has given a private complaint as against the respondents who were shown as accused for the offences under Sections 120(b), 463, 465 and 471 I.P.C and the case was taken on file only as against respondents 1, 7 and 8.

4. From 'B' diary extract, it is seen that the matter is dragged on only for the non-appearance of the accused. Even after the issuance of Non Bailable Warrant as against the accused, there is no progress in the proceedings.

5. In such circumstances, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.97 of 2016 and to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is allowed.
