III, Nagercoil Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PRABU RAMACHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner, by its order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1470 of 2018, dated 27.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Officer have since concluded and that the petitioner is also directed to pay a fine of Rs.65,000/- and the same was paid by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the condition already imposed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.158 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil stands deleted. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
