Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to call for the records relating to the C.C. No. 260 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Turaiyur and quash the same.

ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.09.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Thuraiyur vide the Letter in D.No.655 of 2021 dated 03.03.2021 and upon hearing of Mr.N.Mohan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Srinivasan, Government Advocate(criminal side)on behalf of the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court while disposing the quash petition, on 17.09.2018, directed the Court below to conclude the case, within a period of six months.

2.Now, the learned Trial Judge by a letter, dated 03.03.2021 sought for extension of time to dispose of the case. 3.In view of the same, the Court below is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.343 of 2005 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
