3.The petitioner is accused of having committed an offence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ punishable under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual

Offences Act, 2012. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on him for the present. However, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m. until further orders.
