Prayer: To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of surveying and demarcating and put up the fencing in the Petitioner's properties in comprised Survey Nos.109/1A, 110/1H, 110/11. 110/1J and 110/1K, under Patta No.1097 situated at Akkaraipatti Village and Nadakottai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of surveying and demarcating and put up the fencing in the Petitioner's properties in comprised Survey Nos.109/1A, 110/1H, 110/11. 110/1J and 110/1K, under Patta No.1097 situated at Akkaraipatti Village and Nadakottai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026.

2. The newly impleaded 4th respondent/Tahsildar is directed to survey and demarcate the property. The petitioner is permitted to fence the surveyed property based on the decree passed in O.S. No. 815 of 1990 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai. During the survey, if the 4th respondent seeks police protection, the respondent police shall provide the same. The petitioner has already paid the fees to the 4th respondent, and the same is recorded. 2/4

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
