Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records by the 1st respondent in Ref.No.7528/2018/ E1, dated 24.04.2019, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to continue as Forest Range Officer (Emp. Code.C109) at Vridhachalam range, Vridhachalam Region.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent in Ref.No.7528/2018/ E1, dated 24.04.2019 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to permit the petitioner to continue as Forest Range Officer (Emp. Code.C109) at Vridhachalam range, Vridhachalam Region.

3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced before this Court, a proceedings dated 07.05.2019, issued by the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Forest Plantation Corporation Limited, Mallachiparam, Kamarasampettai Post, Thiruchirappalli District / the first respondent herein and the same reads as follows:

"In compliance to the opinion offered by the Additional Government Pleader, the suspension order issued to Thiru.P.Senthilkumar, Forest Range Officer vide reference cited is hereby cancelled."

4.Having regard to the fact that the order impugned in this writ petition had already been cancelled, no further adjudication is required. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
