CRIME NO. 516 OF 2016 ..RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and furnishing sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15610 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MU.SHARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2. This court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner is willing to pay costs (to be fixed by this court), to anyone of the orphanages/trusts.
4. Under such circumstances, time for complying with the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15610 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 is extended upto 26.10.2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) as costs to "Harijana Sangam, Dr.Thangaraj Salai, K.K.Nagar (Near Law College), Madurai-20 on or before 24.10.2016.
