ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed in WP(MD) No.502/2019 dated 20.01.2020.

2.Pursuant to the said orders we have passed, especially the order dated 21.03.2023, today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent/contemnor has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and an appointment order to the petitioner has been provided and on appointment, his services had been utilized by giving deputation to some other society for want of vacancy in the present society. This factor, as projected by the contemnor, is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, since compliance has been made, we feel that no further persuasive action may be required. The contemnor is also present before this Court.
