PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the false complaint of the third respondent.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the third respondent has been enquired. During the enquiry, it is found that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the same is closed. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
