The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is putting up construction in the petitioner's patta land in Survey Nos.232/984, 232/984,232/17B,18A,18C,9B1,9B2 and 233/7A situated at V.Karaiyandpatti, Veppanoothu Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Today (23.04.2018), when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the construction work is not being put up by the second respondent in the patta land of the petitioner. While that being so, the petitioner cannot have any grievance.
