The present petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.131 of 2019 of Thiruvengadam Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that investigation in Crime No. 131 of 2019 is already concluded and a final report is also made ready. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the first respodnent to file the final report before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
