O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and third respondents to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 25.09.2025 and 03.02.2026 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.10702 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject temple properties were earlier misappropriated by the then Hereditary Trustee, whose illegal acts were subsequently annulled by the Revenue Authorities as well as the HR & CE Department. After his demise, the fifth respondent, claiming hereditary rights, has been attempting to interfere with the petitioner's lawful possession and occupation of the property and has made attempts to forcibly evict the petitioner without following due 2/5

process of law. In this regard, the petitioner submitted representations to respondent Nos.1 to 4 on 25.09.2025 and 03.02.2026 seeking appropriate action. However, no steps have been taken by the respondents till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's representations would be considered in accordance with law.

4. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2025 and 03.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
