RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by the order dated 09.08.2016 in Crl Op.(MD) No.14222 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.LINGARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2 According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10 am until further orders), is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., on the 2nd Sunday and the 4th Sunday at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October, 2016, until further orders.
