3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this Court by order dated 06.11.2026, directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders with regard to the registration of "Thahar Nagar Muslim Jamat", till date no order has been passed to register the same. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that, since the first respondent Board has been suspended, they are not in a position to pass any order as directed by this Court. It is further submitted that appropriate orders will be passed once the first respondent Board is reconstituted.
5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request for registration of "Thahar Nagar Muslim Jamat" as a wakf, within a period of eight weeks from the date of reconstitution of the first respondent Board.
