PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to call for the records in S.T.C.No.479 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, and quash the same as against the petitioner herein.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed challenging the summon issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on 26.11.2025, wherein the learned Judge was placed to pass an order that he is satisfied that there is a prima facie under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act has been made out and he has chosen to take on file the S.T.C.

2. Considering the fact that a summon has been issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate on being satisfied with the averments in the proof affidavit, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the order of issuance of summon. There are no merits in the petition.
