ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as second accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 09.03.2017 for the offence punishable under Section 397 of IPC, in Crime No.137 of 2009. He seeks bail.

2. In this case, investigation is over and final report has been filed and has been taken on file as S.C.No.791 of 2017 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudram.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are number of cases pending against the petitioner U/s 302 IPC.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
