O R D E R

This Criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 20.10.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.76 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District and set aside the same.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the jurisdiction police and it was not enquired, therefore the petitioner has filed a complaint before the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District in Crl.M.P.No.76 of 2020 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. The learned Magistrate initiated proceedings under Section 202 of Cr.P.C after examining the petitioner and other supporting witnesses and dismissed the petition under Section 203 of Cr.P.C.

3. The learned Magistrate has got power to conduct enquiry as per section 200 of Cr.P.C in the complaint filed under Section 156

(3) of Cr.P.C. That apart on perusal of the complaint and the evidence of the petitioner and two other supporting witnesses there is no ingredients to make out the offence, therefore the trial Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C.(MD) No.196 of 2021 had rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below.

4. In the result, the Criminal Revision stands dismissed.
