Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The limited prayer sought in the present writ petition is for a direction to expedite the enquiry initiated by the second respondent.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that if the period is specified for disposal, the same would be complied with.

5. Taking into account of the fact that the proceedings are pending from 10.11.2017, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry initiated on the petitioner's complaint in Ref.M.C./A1/12823/2017, within a period of two months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
