RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order made in Crl O.P.(MD) No.18535 of 2016 dated 27.09.2016 in relation to reporting before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District instead of reporting before the Inspector of Police, Panangudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent that the condition of appearance imposed by this Court has not been complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already furnished surety before the concerned jurisdictional Court on 03.10.2016 itself and pursuant to threat from his rival parties, he is unable to appear before the respondent police and therefore, he has come up with the present petition for modification.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli

district daily twice at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
