ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused is facing trial in C.C.No.360 of 2003, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani. Non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner on 17.04.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that on all future hearings, the petitioner would attend the Court and if he is not in a position to attend the Court, the application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C would be failed. If this undertaking is breached this Anticipatory Bail will stand automatically cancelled. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani on 28.04.2018 and apply for recall of warrant. On filing of such application, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to recall the warrant on the same date. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani on 28.04.2018 from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
