The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 17.02.2022.
2. The case of the petitioner is that her husband was involved in a case in Crime No.86 of 2021 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC on the file of the Manoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District. Under these circumstances the second respondent is filing false case as against her husband by instigating others. Infact her husband was detained under Act.14, subsequently the detention order was not even confirmed by the Advisory Board. The detention order came to be passed based on the request made by the second respondent herein.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that whenever the husband of the petitioner was released on bail, immediately the second respondent put up false case as against the husband of the petitioner. Therefore she submitted representation dated 17.02.2022 to take appropriate action as against the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P (MD).No. 4454 of 2022 respondent for filing false case as against her husband.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submi that so far the petitioner's husband involved in 21 previous cases under various offences in different police stations and only to escape from the clutches of detention order the wife of the accused submitted a false representation dated 17.02.2022 to take action as against the second respondent.
5. Admitedly the petitioner's husband involved in 21 previous cases and all the cases are pending not only on the file of the second respondent but he is also involved in various police station jurisdiction. Therefore it cannot be said that the second respondent has initiated malicious prosecution as against the petitioner's husband since the petitioner's husband involved in several crimes under various police station jurisdiction, therefore the prayer sought for cannot be considered.
6. In the result, the petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
