This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to P.R.C.No.129 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tiurunelveli and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in S.C.No.192 of 2016, the case was ended in acquittal on 04.05.2017. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
