RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 19637 of 2021, Dated 10.12.2021 as to they shall deposit a sum of Rs. 15000/- to the credit of Crime No.944 of 2021 before the trial court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.19637 of 2021, dated 10.12.2021. 2.It is evident from the records that this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Crime No.944 of 2021 before the trial Court concerned. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the co-accused are not willing to produce the sureties, that the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the directions of this Court and that therefore, he may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards his share in the amount awarded by this Court. 4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, dated 10.12.2021 and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.944 of 2021 before the trial Court and the other conditions shall stand remained unaltered. The time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
