ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that five cases are pending against the present petitioner for various offences including the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is also his contention that the present petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.11 of 2020 and that Section 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure proceedings are also initiated against him. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
