To call for the records of the order made in dated 28.07.2021 bearing Arbitration O.P.No.54 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni and set aside and allow this C.M.A and costs. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SU.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 345 days in representation of C.M.A.(MD)S.R.No.10325 of 2022.

2. The petitioner / appellant filed the above appeal on 24.02.2022 and the Registry had returned the papers on 14.03.2022 pointing out certain deficiencies, by giving 10 days time for re-presentation. However, the appeal was re-presented after an enormous delay of 345 days i.e., one year.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit for enormous delay in representation of the appeal are not satisfactory. This Court is not inclined to condone the delay.
