This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to repair her house by considering her representation, dated 27.03.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed advising her to work out her remedy before the civil Court.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the civil Court.
