ORDER

This quash petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.97 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.97 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been laid on 07.09.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
