Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court by its order dated 24.08.2016 in Crl O.P.(MD) No.14887 of 2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.V.RAJARAJAN,Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition imposed on the petitioner, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10.a.m. Until further orders), is

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., on the 2nd Sunday and 4th Sunday at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October, 2016, until further orders.
