PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the representation dated 07.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the representation dated 07.03.2022. 2.

It is seen that the first petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1239 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 294 (b),406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC. In pursuance to the said crime the first petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal District Court, Madurai with a condition to appear before the second respondent police until further order and the said condition was also complied with. For investigation purpose the petitioners were summoned and on receipt of the same, the petitioners have filed this petition, therefore harassment at the hands of the second respondent does not arise.
