ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to subject property by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.01.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, based on the written instructions received from the third respondent, submitted that patta has already been granted in favour of the petitioner and to substantiate the same, the proceedings of the Tahsildar, dated 30.09.2022 made in DR No.2022/24/15/000001CB was also placed before this Court.
