This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathram, Dindigul District to tag the trial in C.C.No.49 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathram along with Crl.M.P.No.2621 of 2013, which is pending without any progress on the same Court forthwith and conclude the trial proceedings in both the cases as joint trial basis within a stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that Crl.M.P.No.2621 of 2013, the application filed invoking the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act seeking direction, has been kept pending for more than two years, which is contrary of the enactment of the Act.

3. Considering the submission made, though larger prayer has been sought for, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathram, Dindigul Distict, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2621 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a report before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
