Respondent / Petitioner Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition - filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records and set aside the order passed by Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni at Periyakulam in Crl.A.No.22 of 2012 on 14.02.2017 in confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Theni at Periyakulam in S.T.C.No.118 of 2011 on 09.04.2012 and allow this Criminal Revision Petition.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. A joint memo of compromise has also been filed by the parties reporting settlement of the issue regarding the issuance of a cheque for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- among the parties.

2.Both the parties are present before this Court. In view of the settlement made between the complainant as well as the accused / revision petitioner, the orders passed by the trial Court and confirmed by the appellate Court are set aside except in respect of the compensation of Rs.3,00,000/-.

3.The compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- has been tendered and an endorsement has also been made by the parties. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed.
