(CRIME NO.206 OF 2015) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P.(MD) No.14845 of 2016 dated 16.08.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10 am., until further orders), is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the

respondent police twice a week, i.e., on all Wednesdays and Sundays at 10.30 am., commencing from October, 2016, until further orders.
