ORDER
The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.156 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 3(1) (r), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4171 of 2020 Court on 13.03.2020 and apply for bail. The petitioner shall intimate the third respondent herein by registered post about his proposal to surrender and apply for bail. The petitioner will have to send notice by tomorrow itself.
3.The learned Special Judge is directed to consider the petitioner's bail petition and dispose it of on the same day of surrender.
