R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The petitioner seeks production of the person of his daughter Aruna, who, according to the petitioner, is missing from 23.02.2022.
2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, would submit that the detenue has written a registered letter to the police on 28.02.2022 claiming that she has got married to one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.384 of 2022 Thirumalainathan, S/o.Rengasamy on 10.09.2021 and her parents are threatening her and her husband's family. It is stated that the said Thirumalainathan is now working in Dubai.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation by the police reveals that the facts set out in the letter are true.
