The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai, to expeditiously complete the trial and pronounce the judgment in S.T.C.No.1086 of 2012 within the time stipulated by this Court in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the fact that the case is pending for more than three years, the Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.1086 of 2012 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
