ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 30.03.2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.44 of 2015, with in a period of Six months, and the requisition letter dated 0806.2023 in D.No.326 of 2023, submitted by the V Additional District Judge, Madurai, this Court made the following order: By an order dated 30.03.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.326/2023, dated 08.06.2023, with a request for further time to comply with the order, dated 30.03.2022 passed in C.R.P(MD)No.697 of 2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
