PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, to expedite and dispose the I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.165 of 2025 on the file of the Additional District Court at Kuzhithurai within the time framed stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.165 of 2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order, dated 20.02.2026, had directed the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No. 244/2026-Shr., dated 25.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising for the years 2025 and 2026. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 162 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2025 is 107. 3.Since the present case is of the year 2025, the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, is directed to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of

2025 in O.S.No.165 of 2025, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
