This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the order dated 18.03.2015 made in Cr.M.P.No.279 of 2015, in Cr.M.P.No.203 of 2015, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Karur and set aside the second condition in toto.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Condition No.2 imposed in the order dated 18.03.2015 made in Cr.M.P.No.279 of 2015, in Cr.M.P.No.203 of 2015, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Karur is hereby set aside, as there is no likelihood of the petitioner in absconding and not cooperating with the investigation.
